Advertising strategy checklist


To sponsor someone, employers need to satisfy Labour Market Testing conditions specified by the Department of Home Affairs. This means advertising widely across Australia.

Are there specific countries where you can find qualified people in the area of work you are looking to hire?
Is your position description simple enough to be comprehended by non-native English speakers as well?
Does your advertisement mention that overseas migrants are welcome to apply?
Have you considered approaching job agencies who may be able to help you with sourcing candidates from overseas?

Assist with the recruitment process such as coordinating interviews
Migration assistance for suitable candidates / employer sponsorship
