Lodge your Registration of Interest (ROI) with the Migration Tasmania Application Gateway.

Based on the information you provide, the Gateway will tell you if you are eligible for Tasmanian nomination. It will then automatically rank you in comparison to other eligible candidates. The most competitive applicants will be invited to lodge an application for nomination.

Registration is free and valid for six months.  If you are not selected to lodge a nomination application within six months, your ROI will automatically lapse and an email will be sent to you.

If you are given a Gold Pass you will be able to lodge an application for nomination immediately.

If you are given a Green Pass you will not be able to lodge an application straight away, but will be invited to apply for nomination in the next six months, depending upon the number of nomination places remaining for the program year.

If you are given an Orange Pass you may be invited to apply for nomination within the next 6 months, depending upon the volume of interest we have received and how many of the priority attributes you have. Candidates who have at least one of the Orange-Plus priority attributes are a high priority for nomination and will be the first candidates with an Orange Pass to be invited to apply for nomination.

If you are not invited to apply within 6 months your registration will expire and you will need to complete a new registration in the Gateway to be considered for a nomination invitation.

If you are given a Red Pass you do not meet our minimum nomination requirements and will not be able to apply for nomination.
